Sea Breeze Suite is a quaint, pet-friendly and fully contained guest suite, perfectly situated overlooking the harbour in the heart of Ucluelet. Thoughtfully designed for comfort and relaxation, this cozy West Coast retreat offers stunning waterfront and mountain views, a peaceful atmosphere, and all the essentials for a comfortable coastal stay.

Sea Breeze is located just steps from the harbour, local cafes, boutiques, restaurants, breweries, and the world-famous Wild Pacific Trail. Pacific Rim National Park, beautiful surf beaches, and endless hiking trails are all just a short drive away.
THE INTERIOR
A bright and fully contained ground-level guest suite within a harbourfront home, offering beautiful inlet, mountain, and waterfront views in a quiet residential neighbourhood.
SLEEPING
The suite comfortably sleeps up to four guests and features:

• Queen-sized pull-out sofa bed in the living room

An ensuite bathroom accessed through the bedroom featuring:

A fully contained kitchenette with everything needed for a comfortable stay, including:

A BBQ is located just outside the suite entrance for guest use.
COFFEE + TEA
Enjoy a starter supply of freshly roasted beans from Foggy Bean, one of our favourite local roasters. Brew with ease using the drip coffee maker and reusable filter.
For tea lovers, we also provide a selection of herbal and black organic teas from local Ucluelet favourite Thay Tea.

A cozy living space designed for unwinding after a day exploring the coast, featuring:

The suite also features a diffuser with a signature essential oil blend from Mint, a locally owned Ucluelet company known for their beautiful natural and organic oils. Love the scent? Visit their shop in town to bring some home.

Sea Breeze is equipped with Telus PureFibre high-speed internet, making it ideal for streaming, video calls, remote work, or longer stays.
Whether you’re logging on for work or winding down with a movie, you can expect a seamless and reliable connection throughout your stay.
LOCATION
Sea Breeze is located on a quiet harbourfront street in the heart of Ucluelet, within walking distance to shops, restaurants, cafes, breweries, the harbour, and the Wild Pacific Trail.
Enjoy watching fishing boats come and go, listening to sea lions in the harbour, and if you’re lucky, spotting the occasional orca whale passing through the inlet.
The suite offers a peaceful waterfront setting while still being centrally located for exploring both Ucluelet and nearby Pacific Rim beaches.
EXTRA GUESTS
A queen-sized pull-out couch bed is available in the living room with bedding provided. An additional fee of 25CAD per guest per night applies for all parties over two guests.
PETIQUETTE
Pet-friendly for 1 dog maximum. Please advise at time of booking.
Please help us protect local wildlife by keeping pets from chasing shorebirds or other animals.
ACCESS
The unit is marked “Sea Breeze” and is located on the ground floor, making access easy and convenient. Please note the backyard is reserved for the long-term resident living upstairs and is not part of the guest rental space.
CHECK IN
Check-in is after 4:00 PM
Check-out is at 10:00 AM
Detailed check-in instructions are sent via email 2 days prior to arrival.
LAUNDRY
There is no guest laundry onsite, though a laundromat is conveniently located nearby in town.
All Blue Crush linens and towels are professionally laundered using Canadian-made Nellie’s Laundry products, which are unscented, environmentally conscious, ocean safe, and gentle for sensitive skin. We also avoid dryer sheets and heavily fragranced products to create a cleaner, more comfortable environment for guests.
GETTING HERE
To reach Ucluelet from the mainland, guests typically take a ferry to Nanaimo or Victoria followed by a scenic drive through Vancouver Island and the Pacific Rim.
Additional travel options include:
• Pacific Coastal Airlines flights into Tofino-Long Beach Airport
• Seasonal float planes from downtown Vancouver Harbour to Tofino Harbour
• Private shuttle services from Nanaimo or Victoria
GETTING AROUND UCLUELET + TOFINO

The paved Multi-Use Path (MUP) connects Ucluelet and Tofino and is perfect for walking, biking, jogging, or exploring the coastline without needing a vehicle.

BOOKING POLICIES
• Cancellation policy: Full refund less 50CAD cancellation fee plus tax if cancelled more than 30 days prior to arrival
• Reservations within 30 days of arrival are non-refundable
• Cleaning fee plus applicable GST, PST, and MRDT taxes apply to all bookings
• Dog-friendly (no cats due to allergies). Please advise at time of booking
• Peak summer season (June 15 – Sept 15) requires a 3-night minimum stay
• Canadian statutory holidays require a 3-night minimum stay
• Winter holiday and long weekend rates may vary
• Discounts may apply for stays of 7+ nights outside peak season
• Monthly stays may qualify for reduced taxes and fees — please inquire directly
•Over 2 guests, 25CAD/charge per night plus taxes.
INSURANCE
For direct bookings, this property is protected through TRUVI, a trusted guest verification platform used throughout the short-term rental industry.
After booking, guests will receive a verification request through TRUVI which must be completed prior to check-in.
