KITCHEN:
The fully equipped kitchen is designed for easy, comfortable stays and includes stainless steel appliances, shaker-style cabinetry, granite countertops, and all the essentials needed for cooking and dining in. A bartop with two bar chairs offers additional seating for casual dining or morning coffee.
You’ll find complimentary coffee, tea, sugar, salt, and pepper, along with a blender and drip coffee maker.
Cleaning items are supplied by Mint Cleaning, a locally made and eco-conscious brand.
COFFEE + TEA:
Enjoy a starter supply of locally roasted Foggy Bean coffee, brewed fresh with the drip coffee maker. Organic Thay Tea is also provided for tea lovers.
LIVING + DINING ROOM:
The open-concept living and dining area is bright, comfortable, and designed for relaxing after a day on the coast. Large windows bring in abundant natural light and showcase beautiful marina views.
The space features a Canadian-made sofa with a queen pull-out bed, a handcrafted dining table, a Smart TV, and a propane fireplace for cozy evenings in. A selection of books and games is also available for your enjoyment.

The suite features two full bathrooms for added comfort and convenience.
The primary ensuite includes a walk-in shower, while the shared bathroom offers a bathtub and shower combination.
Both bathrooms are stocked with plush towels, toilet paper, a hair dryer, a first aid kit, and Carina Organics shampoo and conditioner.
LAUNDRY:
Washer and dryer are located in the unit for your convenience. Laundry supplies are provided by Nellie’s, a Canadian-made, eco-friendly brand.
PETIQUETTE:
Pet-friendly (1 dog max). Owner is open to 2 dogs potentially; please ask.
Dog towels, a small bed, and bowls are provided.
Please ensure dogs do not chase wildlife such as shorebirds and are not allowed on furniture. Your pup must be securely kenneled when left unattended to avoid damage.
Further instructions are provided in the house guide. $50 per dog before applicable taxes.
OUTDOORS:
A spacious private balcony with BBQ and two harbour-facing chairs — perfect for morning coffee or evening drinks while watching boats and seals in the marina.
ACCESSIBILITY:
Ground-floor unit with exterior covered staircase (approximately 4 steps). Elevator available, with key on lanyard located inside the unit.

Located downtown Ucluelet on the marina, within walking distance to shops, restaurants, waterfront activities, and local galleries.
A short drive takes you to Pacific Rim National Park and beaches including Florencia Bay and Long Beach. The perfect hub for West Coast adventures, fishing charters, hiking, and coastal exploration.

Hop on the West Coast Transit bus for easy travel between Tofino and Ucluelet (and stops along the West Coast). It runs seven days a week with frequent service—and you can find routes, maps, and the full schedule on BC Transit- West Coast.

• Bike & e-bike rentals for cruising town and trails
• Rideshare via the Coastal Rides app and Tofino Taxi (limited drivers)
• Pre-arranged private shuttles (Tiki Bus, Pacific Rim Navigators) for larger groups

For direct bookings, this property is protected by TRUVI a trusted guest verification platform similar to Airbnb AirCover. After booking, you’ll receive a verification request from TRUVI, which must be completed prior to check-in.
BOOKING POLICIES:
- Bookings are subject to a cleaning fee plus GST, PST and MRDT (Municipal) tax.
- During the peak summer season (June 15 – Sept 15), houses have a 3 night minimum (or more) stay must be back-to-back to avoid gaps. If you book and create a one night gap, we will contact you to shuffle the reservation ahead.
- Mid-season rates apply on Winter long weekends and during Christmas.
- 3 night minimum stay for all Canadian Statutory Holidays
- 5-10% discount for 7 nights or more not during peak season; reach out for it to be applied
- Cancellation: 100% refund less $50 cancellation fee plus GST if cancelled more than 30 days before arrival. Non refundable if cancelled within 30 days of check-in. Both airbnb and VRBO website state slightly different as they are pre set options; this policy takes precedence.
