The property was great except the toilet didn’t work, no one came to help and the property was supposedly full. We googled fixing the toilet ourselves. We could have waited till MIDNIGHT to change rooms. Midnight! The breakfast was awesome, the property itself was very nice but no one who could help us would or was available. Toilets are kinda essential

Overall a very nice property, have stayed there several times now. Clean, updated, great breakfast that includes REAL fried eggs not the usual powdered stuff. 4 stars instead of 5 because our room only included a single chair and no sofa, so there was nowhere for my wife and I to just sit and relax. Also the shower heat control valve was broken and would not hold temperature unless you got it just right and held it there for a minute. But for the price you pay, this hotel is above average and I would highly recommend it!

Pre-check in is a waste of time

The check-in was poor because we were sent a link go complete a pre-check in prior to arrival in order to save time. I did this, uploaded my ID and all only to be asked for it again at the desk. I was then also told about the incidental hold which is fine but that could have been done and taken care of when I booked or at the pre-check in. Pre checking in diff not seem to have any value or save any time. The agent was also very mundane and did not seem to be having a good day. The remote to the tv did not work, the sheets are not good quality and the refrigerator did not cool.

Clean and comfortable with all the essentials

I booked here last minute for an impromptu stay in Tyler. It Is situated beside another hotel that you see first, and have to follow around to the right to get to the entrance door for this hotel. I went into the the first hotel as that's where Google maps leads to. The guy on reception was the nicest friendliest person and explained out mistake. We arrived for check in at the correct hotel, late might I add, about 11.30pm. However we didn't feel half as welcomed here by the night desk staffer. To be honest I felt we had inconvenienceed him by showing up at that time and was disrupting whatever show he was trying to watch on his tablet behind the desk. He perked up a small amount when he noticed the change in my attitude. Anyway, on to the positives, had a good sleep in comfortable bed, the room was clean and spacious and provided the essentials needed. I didn't have time to avail of the pool so I cannot comment on that
