They did not mention on Expedia that their elevator is not working. We had to go to the end of a hall and climb the stairs to our room. My husband has a really hard time climbing stairs due to bad knees. I also have a bad hip so it was not easy for me either. We booked here due to all rooms being inside we felt safe but the elevator not working was a problem. We get to the room and no remote to the tv. Needless to say we did not get to watch any tv either. Bed was hard as a brick. My husband likes a firm mattress but he said it was way too firm. Make sure and call before you book. We will not again. Thank goodness we only booked 1 night.

The hotel is NOT the Comfort Inn & Suites - Lindale. Hotels.com needs to update the hotel listings to reflect the correct locations. This location is Comfort Inn & Suites North Tyler and does not have a good reviews. I was expecting a completely different experience when I arrived and was quite disappointed when I read the reviews of the actual hotel I was staying at. The tile floors were cracked in the room entry, the bathroom sink was leaky underneath the counter, the cold water was scalding hot and the hot water did not flow at all, there was trash on the floor under the desk and something sticky spilled on the nightstand. The elevator was broken and 1st floor rooms were not available due to the ongoing renovation. This made it extremely difficult for my husband to get up the stairs to our 2nd floor room. Hotels.com needs to fix the issue with the location listing. Had I been able to read the reviews of this actual location, instead of the other location that IS actually the Lindale hotel, I would NOT have booked this room. There are dozens of 1 and 2 star reviews on the Comfort Inn website with people who experienced the same type of issues I encountered.

Elevator was broke, the stairs were dirty. The room was half clean, we found cereal in the chair. Went downstairs to buy a water and gave the guy $2 cash and he still charged my card. I asked him about it and he said my card wasn’t charged. Offered to show him but he didn’t want to see. Positives about my stay, the bathroom was clean and the ac worked great.

Loud all hours of the night and day. About 90% sure our neighbor was a prostitute. Floors were filthy and I vacuumed. We had to get a new room after the first night because when my husband went to turn on the shower, the tub spout went flying off like an episode of looney toons. Holes in the walls and chipping paint. I wouldn’t recommend this place at all.

It was fine. The room was clean and service was great for a pass thru. We just needed a shower and bed for the night as we were traveling. It needed some repairs to things but again, for the price of just one night it was decent.
