Upon check in, we realized that there is no hot tub even though there is one pictured. The room still had things left in it from the previous occupant. The bed mattresses were very soft and uncomfortable, and the sheets did not fit on the bed and kept sliding off during the night. A fire alarm went off in the middle of the night, but there was no fire. The next morning we were told that all the fire alarms went off because one occupant must have been smoking in their room. I’m not sure why this caused our entire floor’s fire alarms to go off. Family that came with us and stayed on the same floor had, what appeared to be mold in their room. Their shower head fell off and hit them in the head. This was a poor experience, and we were shocked it was a holiday inn. On a positive side, the breakfast and cookies were great, but that’s about it.

Staff was great, but the room was a bit run down. Sheetrock damaged, chips in paint and it just looked dingy. Definitely time for a refresh.

I would given a 3.5 star rating if possible. The hotel was fine for the price. The free breakfast was surprisingly decent. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. It’s a bit dated. The gym is super limited. Pool was closed for maintenance and I had to get my access card reset 3 times.

Our experience was a failure on the part of Expedia. I booked and paid for 2 rooms for two employees. When they arrived, the electronic reservation sent to the Hotel only had the information for one room. The employee provided proof of booking but was still forced to rebook and pay for another room. We are on week two of trying to get a refund.

The room was a little dirty upon arrival and even after I spoke to the front desk about it, it was not cleaned. The hotel was dated and beginning to look run down with things that needed repaired. Staff was nice though.
