The room was comfortable the temp was good for me not too cold and the bed was comfortable, made for restful night. If I am ever in the area again in need of a place for an overnight stay I will choose this location.

I had to plan ahead a stay in Tyler Texas to be in a more comfortable setting before undergoing cataract surgery at Heaton Eye Associates in Tyler Texas. Fairfield Inn was spot on! Staff VERY COURTEOUS and helpful, above and beyond! Not gonna lie, tv options via cable very limited. I hope they improve tv options. I Suggest bringing your own personal soaps/shampoos if skin sensitive. Breakfast Very good, clean, well stocked, hospitable service. Will definitely be staying here again!

The front desk lady was The Best! The beds werw comfy. The room was clean! We had a Great experience here! The breakfast buffet was delicious and had so much to choose from!

Overall it was ok. The room we stayed in on the 2nd floor had a lot of soft spots like the floor was sinking. Tub didnt want to drain.
