Our Guest Experience team will contact you as soon as your reservation is confirmed to provide personalized support before and throughout your stay.



📅 On the day of your arrival, you will receive all the necessary information in the morning to complete your check-in quickly and easily. In most cases, one of our hosts will personally welcome you, show you the house, and share details and recommendations so you can fully enjoy your experience.



🔑 If you prefer, we also offer self check-in: our team will send you all the necessary instructions, access, and codes in advance.



🕙 Our Guest Experience team is available for you every day from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM, ready to assist you with anything you may need.



The Neighborhood:

This villa is located in ALDEA ZAMA, one of Tulum's most upscale neighborhoods, positioned between the town center and the hotel zone. You'll find cafes, restaurants, and convenience stores all within walking distance.



The town center of Tulum is roughly a 10-minute drive away, offering a range of dining options, bars, convenience stores, souvenir shops, and charming local experiences. The Tulum beaches and hotel zone are around 10-15 minutes by car, depending on your specific destination and traffic conditions. In this area, you'll also find high-end dining options, additional souvenir shops, fantastic beach clubs, bars, boutiques, cenotes, and numerous other attractions for a complete Tulum Jungle-Beach experience.



Getting Around:

Renting a car is recommendable but is not necessary. You can also move around by bike, scooter and we are able to help you ordering cabs.

House Rules and Policies



1. Parties and Noise Policy

- Parties are strictly prohibited.

- Small gatherings require prior written approval from management.

- Loud music and excessive noise are prohibited after 11:00 PM.

- Guests must respect neighbors, staff, and community regulations.

- Violations may result in a USD $500 fine, police intervention, or eviction, as applicable.



2. Energy Conservation

- Guests must turn off air conditioning, lights, and electronic devices when not in use.

- Air conditioning must be turned off whenever the villa is unoccupied.

- Excessive or irresponsible energy consumption may result in additional charges, where applicable.



3. Prohibited Items and Activities

- The possession or use of illegal drugs and firearms is strictly prohibited.

- Violations may result in immediate termination of the rental agreement, eviction, and/or legal action in accordance with applicable Mexican law.



4. Utilities and Unexpected Events

- Tulum may occasionally experience power outages, water interruptions, or other utility disruptions due to circumstances beyond the property's control.

- The management company is not responsible for interruptions caused by third-party service providers, weather conditions, or other events beyond its reasonable control.

- In the event of severe weather, emergencies, or safety concerns, authorized staff may access the property when reasonably necessary to protect guests, the property, or others.



5. External Vendors and Service Providers

- External vendors and service providers are not permitted to access the property without prior authorization from management.

- This policy is intended to protect the safety, security, and privacy of all guests and the property.
