A friend of mine and I each got a room here. The rooms were so cool and the beach access is world class. The service is a little short of 2-3 star given that my shower water was not hot, but I sort of didn’t care until the last day when I just wanted a hot shower. The beach is gorgeous, the people working there are super sweet. There was a very nice woman who helped us get a super last min cab out of town and she was super helpful at the desk when our booked shuttle no showed. We took the bus instead which was great and only $20 to Cancun!! We knew about the bus because we may have taken it down but booked a private shuttle instead. The hotel is right next to several beach clubs and inside the park is great you can get the shuttles to the ruins which were so cool. The park offers a lot but you do have to pay to be there daily and strict guards treat it like you are doing something wrong to be there. It’s not very hospitable to have all your stuff searched to find nothing. And they are not nice or welcome you. Quite the opposite. That said-People at the resort were efficient and they work hard. I loved the little pool and the towels. The cabanas on the beach. Super amazing. Gorgeous. I liked a lot of the little beach resorts at the park tho. It’s a very beautiful and special beach area.

The place doesn't fit the description on Expedia. We had NO WIFI at the room the whole stay, AC works only during the day, Water undrinkble. Toilet in the room has no door. No beach towels. Fits more a definition of a Glaming place, not hotel. There is additional charge for entry to the "Reservation" entry every day!

Lovely bungalows right on the beautiful white sand beach. I received an upgrade from a partial sea view room to a full sea view suite on arrival, which was a nice surprise! Bungalows were clean, facilities were good, staff were helpful and friendly. All in all a relaxing few days!
