The name of this hotel should be changed to "Smiles" because that is what you receive from the incredible staff everyday! The staff could not have been nicer or more accommodating! Location was perfect being around the corner from Tulum's center. It's across the street from the bus station. For me the main ingredients to a great stay is a place in a safe location, a nice shower, and a clean room. Check, check and check. Our room had a fridge and little kitchen island to enjoy breakfast. It was perfect. The room was spotless! There is a small pool and pleasant sun deck on top. What would make this property perfect? A new shower head, a room safe, and a couple of nice chaise lounges on the top deck, (the existing one needs to be tossed out.) Thank you for a delightful stay! We'll be back!

Personnel très accueillant. Grande chambre propre et avec un coin cuisine. Douche parfois limite en eau mais on arrive quand même à se doucher. Il faut tenir compte des contraintes du pays. Hôtel sympa, la piscine est un plus.
