Dirt road and construction noise

We only spent 1full day due to power outage which lasted many hours with no electricity or ability to flush toilet. The road into apt is an absolute nightmare -total dirt and large holes ect along the way. The host was gracious and comped us our remaining nights because of the power outage. Pool wasn’t clean and lounge chairs had no cushions.
