Everyone was incredibly kind, helpful, and genuinely made my whole stay so incredible. The hotel was beautiful, the jungle vibe didn't feel cheesy and the plants were beautifully maintained. Lovely, except for the insufferable noise from the beach club next door during the day. The rooms were spacious and clean. The air conditioning was great. There were these really cool, large swings on our balcony. Ample drinking water was provided in the room. The staff was very sweet and kind. It is unclear to me how anybody could relax and enjoy the room or swing or the sound of the waves with stadium-level bass booming from 11 AM till 7 PM. People did not appear to be partying or dancing during these hours, in fact, that was hardly anyone around. The hotel is a very close to some of the finest restaurants in Tulum, which is why I selected this part of the beach strip. With the exception of weekend nights, the music that was played in the hotel, and in the hotel bar and restaurant was absolutely charming, but you could barely hear it because of the booming from next-door.
