I looked at SO many places to stay in Tulum, and was happy to find this property. It is a small hotel with exceptional staff. We were looking for a "budget" option to stay on the beach, that still offered comfortable accommodations. This does not have all the amenities of some of the larger resorts nearby; but the room was clean, the food was good, and we were happy to have a few days near the beach.

We had an amazing stay at Orchid House Tulum Beach. The room was spotless, beautifully designed, and super comfortable. The location is perfect — right on the beach and walkable to great restaurants and beach clubs. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making everything easy from check-in to checkout. The vibe is relaxed but upscale. We would absolutely stay here again.

The property is gorgeous! The staff is friendly, helpful and accommodating. Our stay was very good. A very solid 4/5 stars! The location is great if you want quiet and isolation. The vibe is rustic but very accommodating. The room was also rustic but clean and air conditioned well. The food is fantastic! Everything we ate was delicious and amazingly well plated. The staff was friendly but maybe a little bored as it was the end of the busy season and we rarely saw other people at the beach club. The beach accommodations were good and the seaweed was only heavy the last two days. It was nice to have a private pool to retreat to when the seaweed was heavy so I would recommend a villa with a pool. We stayed in the Vanilla villa #4 which had a great roof top pool and sun deck but was not really an ocean view. Overall a great stay with good access to the beach and a quick 10-15 walk to the busy nightlife area of the beach.

Had a great couple of days. The staff was very nice. Quiet location, which I knew and appreciated. The beach had seaweed, but that’s the case along the entire Tulum coast. Breakfast was perfect, and lunch is available if you want it—and it’s very good too. They had balloons for my birthday in the room which was super sweet! Appreciated the AC in the room. Felt very safe and clean.

The room was great. The staff and food was great. The food was better than most of the restaurants we visited. I would definitely stay here again. It is a nice and quiet place. There was no loud music or crowds. I only have two complaints. The room was advertised to have a TV and a coffee maker. Neither of these are in the room.
