The hotel was in great condition, though there was room for improvement. The rooftop offered a fantastic view. The staff was helpful and friendly. There’s parking at the back, but there’s no welcome drink or coffee in the morning. While they do offer coffee and other drinks, they remind you to pay afterward.

Enclosed parking at the rear of the property. I didn't see any CCTV coverage so cannot speak to it's overall security. The room was very clean and well presented. The bathroom was adequate. The only redeeming quality of this hotel is that it is close to the National Park. Food is okay, pretty much the exact same thing everyday in the buffet. No menu. Hot water is a maybe. Maid service is okay. Elevators don’t have accurate floor numbers. No room service. Front desk speaks no English.

Recommended. Room was so clean. Perfect location if you are going to visit the ruins, breakfast buffet was so good, the jungle view was amazing. The price excellent. The rooms, reception and staff were great. We chose the all inclusive but the food was mediocre. Breakfast was great. Fantastic location. Right across the street from the entrance to the Tulum ruins. However it was really hard to find because the outside looks very derelict and it is slightly off the main road.
