Fix everything that's broken before renting the room. We had a lot of problems with the bathroom; it didn't have a shower curtain, water leaked from the tank, and it was very noisy. They supposedly fixed it, but it kept leaking. The staff was very helpful and very kind.

Servicio y atencion exelente lo unico malo es q rente unas cabañitas pequeñitas y estan ubicadas cerca de la basura y tipo 6:30-7 de la mañana sabado y domingo llega el camion de la basura y haciendo escandalo con el sonido de retroceso y lo sentiamos justo atras de nosotros y obvio no podiamos dormir mas.. también q el A/C es portatil y no enfría casi… de resto si toman una habitación normal de seguro se ganan sus 5 estrellas muy buen hotel

Do not stay at this hotel. The staff will give you a different room than the one you requested & paid for. Additionally, they tried to “accommodate” me and my friends but the room they put us in, was only accessible via a door code which on the second night stopped working. My friend who was the only one there trying to get in at the time was told there were no staff available to help her because it was past 11pm! Never in my life have I heard of a hotel not having staff that can help you 24/7! When the manager finally arrived to open the door for her, he was extremely rude & abusive to her. Yelled at her, got in her face & when the door was finally open, he told her now she had come to calm down before she could get in! Terrible place. Food is awful, staff is shady honestly. Don’t recommend at all.

Great hotel! I loved the beach club, it was amazing. The hotel is in the middle of Tulum Beach, you can walk to the restaurants, bars and other spots and don’t have to spend money on cab.
