Our communication with guests starts from 9 am till 5 pm, after this time we are still gonna be able to answer any question or solve any situation, just keep in mind might have a delay since is not working ours for all our vendors and staff.

✦ Private beach/town shuttle is our next favorite - AMARI has it readily available for you. The only community that offers private free shuttles on a schedule to Tulum BEACH and TOWN.

✦ Regular Taxis are common all over Tulum - prices can vary and it’s best if you ask us to book it for you so we can secure a fair price.

✦ Colectivos are shared local shuttles that operate along designated routes. Very cheap prices and you can get off along their designated route. It’s the least comfortable choice but very affordable.

✦ Never worry about your productivity or comfort; our robust infrastructure ensures reliable electricity, water, and high-speed WiFi, even when the rest of the town might face interruptions.
✦ We will do our best to help accommodate a late/early check-in/out when possible or arrange suitcase drop-off to make your travel experience seamless.

✔️ Furniture & Food: Keep furniture in the same place and refrain from bringing food into bedrooms.
✔️ Quiet hours: Be mindful of our neighbors and keep quiet hours 10 pm - 8am.
✔️ Party Policy: We have a zero-tolerance policy for loud parties.
✔️ Guest Access: Only registered guests are allowed on the property unless we provide written authorization.
✔️ Breaching rules may lead to a fine (up to USD 500) and/or cancellation of your stay. Let's maintain our record of no incidents!
✔️ Pets are allowed, but must be disclosed. An additional pet fee may apply. Guests traveling with pets are expected to bring their own food, bowls, and pet supplies. Villa dishes, glassware, and linens are not to be used for pets.
