Absolutely amazing experience! This hotel exceeded all of our expectations from the moment we arrived. The property was beautiful, spotless, and extremely well maintained. The staff was professional, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed. The room was spacious, comfortable, and felt luxurious, with excellent amenities and attention to detail. The location was perfect, close to everything, yet peaceful and relaxing. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the entire atmosphere made us feel like we were on a true vacation. Great hotel with nice and helpful staff right on the beach. Our room with a balcony facing the beach was amazing to chill out in and listening to the waves at night. You got some dining and shopping options close by but we preferred heading to Tulum town on most nights - more authentic with excellent food at much lower prices. We had a car which made it easy to get to Tulum town, using taxis etc. might be a bit more of a stretch on your time and budget. Anyway, the hotel and its staff are a five star, perfect spot to be for a couple of days on the beach.
