This beautiful, historic Victorian building is on a short walking distance to Franklin Plaza, one of Troy`s most popular wedding and events venues. This apartment was remodeled with a balance of classic and modern design, featuring original brick, a marble fireplace, beautiful, plastered crown molding and medallions. For security reason we have cameras in the hallways of the first and second floor, outside the front door, outside the back door.There is no cameras inside of the listed units .
This apartment provides a very large great living/dining room. It must have been a ball room in the past. Beautiful marble fireplace, floor to ceiling windows, medallions on the ceiling, all of that gives you a wonderful opportunity to gather together with your party. We have a shared backyard that our guests can use . This apartment is on the second floor of the historical building, first two floors have twelve foot ceilings, therefore expect to climb stairs.
Connect you phone to the build-in speaker in a bathroom fan and play your favorite music while in the shower.

1. There is no need to make up beds which have been slept in - this helps our cleaners to know which linens need to be washed! Any used towels can be left on the bathroom floor or tub.
Cleaners will take trash out for you, but we do ask that you collect and bag any trash that has been left around the apartment. The trash cans are located at the end of the backyard.
3. Lastly, we ask that you help us to conserve energy by turning off lights and heat/air conditioning before leaving. Please also lock the doors on your way out!
