The vents and especially the one in the gym had my noise levels off and even my mom it was her bday was coughing because it was so dusty. I could see it from the outside of the vents as well. The maids need to do little more cleaning up also we found key card above the closet for 2 days nobody grabbed it.

Our first room was not cleaned. Someone’s water bottle was in the fridge and the bedding had hair and dirt in it. The second room was better but still not great. The staff was not super helpful. I’m giving this a 2 only because my kids loved the small pool.

Staff was nice and helpful. Room was clean and in okay condition. Enjoyed the pool and the breakfast buffet. Could not adjust the exercise bike so I could not ride it. The water filter for filtered drinking water was not working. The outlets in my room were loose and my charger would not work.

The bed was a bit too soft for us, we had a stiff back the next day. The room was very clean , reception was super friendly and helpful, water and peanuts were provided at check in for a snack and it was located less than 5 min walk to the mall across the street. Great stay.
