"Outstanding Service When We Needed It Most! After a terrible experience with another hotel that left us without a room, we were incredibly grateful to find a place that actually cared about its customers. The staff accommodated us when we needed help the most, and we truly appreciated their kindness, understanding, and willingness to work with us. Travel plans can go wrong, but the way a business treats people during a difficult situation makes all the difference. This hotel turned a stressful experience into a much more positive one simply by treating us with respect and helping us when another property had failed us. We will never forget the difference that genuine customer service made that day. It is refreshing to find people who understand that customers deserve courtesy, compassion, and respect. Thank you for accommodating us and helping turn a frustrating situation around. Your kindness meant more than you know, and we would absolutely recommend this place to others looking for a hotel that values its guests!"

"The room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was so-so, the biscuits were great. I asked the front desk for a recommendation for somewhere local to eat dinner and they told me that across the street there were places to eat and fast food down the road. I ended up getting lost and ended up a one of the restaurants across the street, which was very expensive and to much food. The location of this hotel is hard to find. And when I checked in there was to much on top of the counter. After a long day of driving it was way too much to try and take it all in."
