The entire hotel smelled so badly of weed. The staff moved us rooms because the smell of weed was so bad and my husband received a very bad bug bite in the bed. Then the new room smelled like mildew very badly. The new room's bathroom smelled like weed sooo badly that I had to hold my breath every time I went to the bathroom. The fan in the bathroom didn't help at all for the smell. The bedding had bed bug dirt but I didn't see anything on the mattress. Just the bed cover. There was trash in the room when we got in there. The breakfast area was being renovated so the breakfast food was nonexistent. The jacuzzi was very dirty and I had to clean it to use it. The directions for the jacuzzi were not helpful and the warning about any damage would be my responsibility made me not even turn the jets on. Overall the whole hotel smelled awful and was extremely dirty. If I could give this hotel zero stars I would have.

Could have been worse

Fan didnt work on the AC, so when it kicked on it woke me up. TV kept losing conection and being glitchy. Breakfast was only until 9 am and they only had packaged things like muffins. Bathroom was so small and claustrophobic. Not terrible, but wont stay there again. Wasnt worth what i paid.

Disappointed

Hotel is under renovation, so no pool available. This should be told before booking. This is the 2nd time we have run into this situation while using hotels.com and we are not happy to have paid for a hotel room thinking we could relax with our grandkids whwile they have fun and swim.

Staff were so friendly and helpful. I forgot my phone charger in my room and the housekeeper ran outside in hopes to catch me still in the parking lot (I was). I booked the wrong room and they were quick to correct MY error and switched my room for me. The property is under remodeling , but it is still easy to get around. It was perfect for a one night stay to get rear on a long drive. I make this drive a few times a year and will definitely stay here again. Please note the pool is closed due to the remodel, but they have jacuzzi tub rooms!

Met our needs

The lady at the desk was very helpful and friendly. This is an older building that is being renovated and updated. The only reason I didn't give it all 5 stars is because it was advertised as having a free breakfast, but the dining room was being updated, so the breakfast was some kind of sandwiches. We decided to go to a nearby cafe instead.
