When the hotel remodeled would have been nice if they would have put up a continental breakfast! The room was clean and nice. We are senior citizens and pay the same rate as other hotels who offered many more extras! I asked on check in if there were any first floor rooms and they said no well we seen a lot of rooms with open curtains, so little disappointed with the effort made on staff checking! My friend that was with me is handicapped and it was very difficult for her to use the stairs which were plenty!

The parking lot was flooded and the facility still had us parking in standing water when they could have placed us in a room where we weren't getting our feet wet and away from the high standing water. The management was not thinking about the customer.

This property is dated in the outside, and the original floor plan can’t really be altered to be enclosed. You need to drive or walk to a separate building to get the morning coffee offered, other than two packets in the room. As well as ice. Outside stairs to second floor rooms. However the rooms are updated, very clean, and welcoming. Staff are awesome!! We enjoyed our color tour stay and location was GREAT!, for wineries and dinning. Give this one a chance and enjoy the location.

I really like this hotel and its dog friendly which is. Plus . Its clean quiet bug free beds are comfy which is. Plus since i am on call for my company when i come here and ho eatky most the time im stuck in roon and not even called so the beds comfort is important the pool is amazing during pool season and the staff are amazing for the most part. There is. Young lady who works the front desk who is a little dry she almost acts as if you are bothering her when you go in to ask a question so i will say if you avoid her becuse her attitude is a hit or miss shes friendly one minutes the next she isnt youll enjoy your stay. The guy who works the front desk is super friendly and helpful if you have any questions about the area or if you need anything he is lways willing to help or five suggestions. Over all youll enjoy your stay

Room was clean didn't care for it being a dog friendly hotel and hearing dogs bark every time you have to use the restroom because they lock their dogs and their bathroom next door other than that for the money it was the best place around conveniently located to many activities about a 30-minute drive to fishtown or the other direction and that would be torch lake gas station right next door if you needed any snacks or drinks nothing available at hotel other than the traditional coffee or tea
