They booked me in room 225. The lights and tv did not work. I let them know and they moved me to 212. The electricity worked but in the morning I found out the nozzle for hot water did not run water at all. Only the cold ran. I’m not going to take an ice cold shower in 20 degree Traverse City weather. I had to leave for the airport. Manager would not discount my stay as I booked with Expedia. The Poor Quality Inn Traverse City need to fix their infrastructure rather than put lipstick on the pig. Manager

Yes the room was clean. The beds were comfortable, the heater worked great. The TV remote didn't work but my husband found the controls on the TV. The desk clerk said, why didn't you call and get a new remote for the TV? We were told about a breakfast but didn't see anything when we went to check out and was not told that it was in a different room or where it was at. The water had a big chlorine smell to it. The room numbers on the outside by the doors are to small to read in the dark with the lights on. We had a good stay for the night.

Bad communications upon check-in. Toilet problem when flushing. Handle would stick and keep running. When front desk was called. were told to push button (reallly??). figured out had to wait until filled than push up handle that was stuck down. Then noticed a plunger, must have been a troublesome toilet. Why not fix it?

My room had holes in walls. Everything was falling apart. It was horrible I could hardly get the shower water on and off because the shower knobs were all broke and falling off. There was no door on the bedroom area.

Somewhat satisfied with stay. Our room was nice but having booked and paid for a sweet with Jacuzzi tub and the tub not working was very disappointing. We had our dogs with us which was great and we are very responsible owners having cleaned up after our dogs my husband still stepped in poop and tracked it up in the room. Whether or not people clean up you should still keep an eye on the property if you are allowing pets. Overall it was okay.

It was way over priced for such an old hotel. The bathroom was tiny. My bathroom in my 5th wheel is bigger. Room was clean. The beds were comfortable. Door was missing the inside safety catch. The refrigerator worked well and the freezer did not. Definitely not worth the $170 dollars a night. It is across the street from the water and the view is blocked by the hotel I should have stayed at.

The room was OK and seemed to be clean. There were several minor maintenance issues, including a missing outlet plate (dangerous) and a drippingshower/tub faucet. One really minor issue was that the provided TV channel listing guide was not accurate.

The manager of this property was so rude to everyone in our group. The room was not what booked. It was run down the hot tub was dirty. It was an all around awful experience.
