Old Town Garage: Enter gated area off 8th Street (between Ivy and Capri buildings). Park on 2nd floor near the south elevator, walk across catwalk and you have arrived.
Fees apply: $1.25/hour $20 max/day, 7 days a week.

Alternative Ground Floor Public Parking (same garage):
