none of the rooms have a dresser with drawers to put your clothes away, and since I only had one king bed, I had no place to set my clothes, except in my luggage on the floor. not a good place for an extended stay

Original checked in to a room that had not been cleaned. Had to wait 30 minutes while housekeeping cleaned it at 5pm. Breakfast is not on-site but at a hotel a cross a 4 lane road. Not worth the money.

For the price we paid it was pretty nice. It was cozy and quiet and very inexpensive! The room was mostly clean except for an Oreo on the floor in the corner of the room (it did blend into the floor though) lol The bathroom was a bit small in my opinion. Other than that though I really enjoyed my stay and for the price they weren't cheap with their free breakfast I've seen much worse breakfast at places 3-4x as expensive. I'll definitely be returning if I come back to Traverse!

Be aware of scams - part of our door frame was broken when we checked in, which we didn't think much of. It's a budget motel so we knew it wasn't going to be glamorous and we didn't complain. They ended up charging us $100 - more than the price of the room - afterwards. After calling, they insisted that we broke the door frame and would not refund us the $100. We don't like to complain, but now we are paying the price for that. I really don't recommend this place.

The room was clean, the decor was up to date. Only complaint would be not knowing that the lobby was closed for the season until we pulled up at the property. But the woman who checked us in was delightful and kind and friendly. She is what saved the stay.
