Room rate was fair. Hot water was hot! Room didn't look like the photos. Run down furniture, no dining area/table. Only one chair. Food left in fridge by previous visitor. Not clean around the sink. Heater was not running right. It ran steady all the time and made just a barely adequate amount of heat. it was a quiet room, though. Some of the staff was hard to understand. Breakfast items were short. I guess we got what we paid for...

The staff were friendly. The room was clean, bed was comfortable. They could do a better job shoving the snow. They shoved the walk way but left a lot snow piled up by my car doors.

Coffee pot still had k cup in it from previous people, jet tub outside panels had foam sealant sticking out and wood chipper off, killed 4 ants in bathroom, front door does not seal, you can see daylight, small tiny bed pillows, dingy room.

Hard to find the attendant when we arrived. Once she got there she was helpful. Parking was challenging because it was roped off. She suggested we park across the busy road but then opened up the roped off area.
