found blood marks on the sheets, I reported it and the sheets were changed but nothing else was done after. I reported it to Expedia to get a comped night after that disgusting discovery where they denied the Expedia rep of any sort of comp or refund. also unsecure faucet, cracked outlets, and other redflags of a lazily run business.

No hot water, renovations to jet tub did not seem complete. The heat in the room was not working enough to heat the room. The jet tub did not have a watwr drain stipper which needed to be asked for.

The gentleman at the desk when we checked it was great, but as for the rest the room was nice but a bit small but cozy, got very hot in the night ac stopped working in middle of the night, for a king bed should be 4 pillows not 3 and the door lock battery was flashing both lights when I used card to enter I didnt get chance to report because I was in a rush to leave for my appointment due to the weather and roads conditions
