The facecloths were yellow the plug sockets didn't work except 1 so you had to unplug 1thing to use another my bedroom window faces the dining hall so I couldn't open my curtains the whole 2 days I was there it was a very shady place to stay

Only stayed one night but would have checked out if staying longer. Our room smelt like dust, a huge hole in the wall around the AC, wallpaper peeling, disgusting toilet/shower.

Room is dated and noisy because the wedding banquet hall just connected right beside the hotel’s hallway and we can hear people talking on the phone loud ( inconsiderate about others ) and running back and forth the hallway around 12:00 am midnight when we are tried to sleep. Parking is free but it may difficult to find one when hall ( convention centre) with events going on ! Breakfast is free so don’t expect too much Anyway, not a good experience for 2 nights and We can do better with the price we paid in other hotel 😞

The room was very spacious with ample seating for eating or watching TV. The king bed was comfortable but could use bigger pillows or a couple more. The jacuzzi tub was deep. Hard to get in if you’re short and there’s no rail to hang on too. Water pressure is slow. Took a long time to get a good amount of water in order to use the jets. Bathroom was ok. Some minor repair is needed. There was only 2 small bath towels. We had to ask for more and the housekeeping staff were not friendly about it. Large hotel with a lot of parking. Considering it was full, it was very quiet even with a wedding reception being held there. We would stay again

The room had holes in the ceiling, moulding missing, caulking everywhere in the bathroom. A cockroach crawled out onto our table in our room while we were having breakfast!!! Hotel manager refused to compensate us for the deplorable conditions and the cockroaches in our room. NEVER STAY HERE!

This is a run down Asia banquet hall with a motel attached, phone doesn't work, most lights and plugs do not work, the TV didn't work for hours, had to change rooms in the middle of the stay to see the Blue Jays game. Its a very low quality place, they also ask for a 150 security deposit, perhaps I missed this, but at my age, it makes me wonder what kind of issues they have had to do this? I dont need a security deposit at Hilton. It is a bit mis represented, I thought I was booking the woodbine race track and casino, so my bad.

The place was super dirty. Didn't look like it had been cleaned at all. It gave Motel truck stop vibes but even Motels are way nicer in my opinion. The pillows were disintegrated and small. The pillows on my couch are comfier. The bed was cheap, you could tell. The free breakfast was also nothing to ride home about either. There isn't a ton of selection. I mean they had bread, muffins, coffee, even a waffle machine but the hot stuff like the eggs, bacon and sausage was pretty disgusting. The sausage was really overcooked and tough. I low key wanted to puke after eating it unfortunately. It's super loud because there is a banquet hall attached to the building so there is huge parties going on next door. I paid $180 a night for this place. Waaayyyyy overpriced. A place like this should be $100 a night.
