The hotel as a whole was a great stay for our family of 3. The bed was a little firm for our liking, but the pillows were comfortable. The rooms were clean, and the view was great even though the balcony was small. Would have liked to have a roll away bed for our son since the couch didn't pull out, but we made it work.

We have stayed here numerous times due to convent location . However no more . Our car was stolen from the parking lot 2 years ago. We recovered the car and decided it was a one off situation . Easy to steal cars here however . This weekend was last straw . Elevators did not work for at least half an hour right around check in time . Then only 2 of the three worked . This is a constant issue at this hotel . They had signs stating new ones were being installed and to be patient. One evening the fire alarm went off at 12:20 AM . We were told it was a technical issue and fire dept were coming to check . Around 30 or so minutes later the alarm stopped and try getting back to sleep . Well maybe one hour later it went off again . Same issue . Now I don’t know about other guests but it seems to me the hotel should bending over backward to do something for their guests . I don’t know - maybe free parking , some small gesture to accommodate for maintenance issues they have and the huge inconvenience caused to their guests . Checking out today I brought this up. In no uncertain terms did they take ANY RESPONSIBILITY for these issues . This isn’t a one off thing. I know for a fact the elevator is a problem over many years . But the fire alarm , this was a technical problem that should have been resolved after the first alarm . So I’d say it’s poorly run , needs an overhaul on maintenance . Rooms are dark, many light bulbs missing etc will not stay there again .
