We had a beautiful corner room with a lake view. The hotel is beautiful and the staff are extremely polite and professional. The rooms/bathrooms are a little dated and could use a little updating but very clean and overall beautiful hotel

Great location and very nice hotel. Parking valet not very convenient especially if you forget something in the car. Also only one elevator was working during our stay. Wait times up to 20 minutes…even at 4am when we departed.

Easy check in, very friendly staff and enjoyed our stay. My only complaint was that the air conditioner fan was really loud, making it difficult to sleep. Beds were very comfortable and room was otherwise very nicely updated. I would definitely stay again, just maybe in a hopefully quiter room. Thank you!

I enjoyed a beautiful stay at the Westin Harbour Castle during the holiday weekend. The hotel staff was very pleasant and provided top tier customer service. I was initially hesitant that I was given a room near the elevators but there was minimal foot traffic and not too noisy. The hotel room was spacious and clean and the view was incredible. The comfortable beds and bedding made it easy to convince me to have a extra longer lie in bed. The hotel is conveniently located near shops and tourist areas; walkability is an added benefit to staying here. Will be back to stay here and would definitely recommend to people who want a stay-cation or for those visiting from out of town.

Staff and location great, but lacked cleanliness. Old building which is fair, but glasses in the room were filthy with lip marks and unusable. Towels had a weird odor, almost as if vinegar is used a washing solution and not rinsed properly. Shower had some hair from previous guests and our toiletries (shampoo & conditioner) were empty - they are bolted to the wall so we had to call to get refills.
