I know it's a big city, but we could hear the subway from the 16th floor. We also went to the market and we wanted to get drinks and eat the cheese and meats we purchased- and were told to go to our room. We were going to order drinks but they said no. For a 5 star hotel, the guest made a request and would have spent a lot of money- in our room we had water. This is an absolutely gorgeous hotel- but hospitality was a bit missed.

Clean room amazing hotel and location... Would recomend to anyone. Lobby bar even meet amazing people. Front staff great and inviting check in and check out super smooth. Room is a nice upgrade with great bathrooms and amenities with a tv in the mirror. Staff is super thoughtful and really remember you. Pool and ammenties are fantastic... with staff help and clean all over. Lobby bar is a must. Would recommend to stay again.
