Check in/out was great, very friendly staff, clean room! Only issue we had was pickup at the airport shuttle post Called and was told a 20-25 min wait which was fine. Ended up waiting 40 mins and another hotel shuttle offered to drop us off as the hotels were close and he saw us waiting for so long Overall a great stay and appreciate that we were able to get early check in

The hotel itself is nice, and close to the airport obviously. There really isn't anything around the area to do, other than go to the restaurant on site. However, compared to the hotel prices downtown, it was way cheaper, even considering the addition of ubering back and forth.

Good overall. Pool and hot tub were great A few annoying things stopping me from giving it a higher rating I booked a suite with a kitchen. Fridge, stove, microwave, the whole works. The kitchen didn’t have a splatter shield for the microwave. There were also no paper towels in the entire suite. So had to call the front desk for that The plates in the cupboard were wet so i had to rewash all of them. Who would put wet plates in a cabinet and stack them? Booked 3 nights for 2 adults and the bathroom wasn't properly stocked. There were 3 bath towels, 2 hand towels, but only one face cloth. Had to call the front desk for that There were a couple other things, fingerprints on the window, things like that, so they could tighten a few things up on the housekeeping side The shuttle is a nice touch, drivers are very friendly I enjoyed my stay overall, just little annoying things for them to clean up

We stayed here for the first time and it was amazing. The staff are friendly and welcoming. The rooms are clean. Having an airport shuttle was so convenient! Would highly recommend!
