Very nice staff, friendly. Good breakfast. Convenient location in the Entertainment District. Lots of food choices in the area. Close to public transportation (about a 10 minute walk to Union Station). Loved the hot tub and pool. My only complaint is that the women's bathroom in the pool area had a hole in the ceiling that had a bucket under it to catch a leak (it's located over the sink in an alcove).

The Hotel is in a brilliant location (near the CN Tower, Rogers Centre etc) and is easy to get to other areas. I really like the hotel and the room I had, it's just it needs a bit of updating and some care! The room itself was spacious but some of the contents could have been better! There was an issue with having no hot water (apparently a known issue that required a boiler fix but wasn't done until we pushed for it), the dishwasher did leak when used, a glass shelf in one of the bathrooms fell off the wall and the kitchen drawers collapsed on opening them! Other things like having a bin for recycling in the kitchen area would be benefical! The staff were all lovely and the complementary breakfast was a nice touch.

Great place to stay downtown. I would suggest finding an alternative location to park because parking on site is very expensive. Expedia has it posted at $55 and the hotel charges $60. So inaccurate information provided. Break very simple. Not much variety. Room was quiet at night.
