Room was ok but no power to bedside plug. Room above was nousy all night and floor was creaking and bumping as if it were a gymnasium overhead We were in 152 checked above and 252 was a reg room whiever was in there was creaking and bumping on their floor until after 4 am

Airport shuttle took me to the wrong quality inn. I called the front desk to ask where the shuttle was and they told me to go stand by poll 13 which I did. Staff did not tell me that there were multiple quality inn shuttles nor did the driver tell me. I had to pay for a taxi to take me to the correct hotel and when spoke to staff there they we very unkind and blamed me for getting on the wrong shuttle as if I was supposed to know that there was more then one quality inn shuttle. I had been awake for more then 20 hrs at that point and staff offered no help or apologies for not informing of the multiple shuttles

The room was extremely overpriced for the quality of the entire hotel. Reminded me of rooms i stayed into 20+ years ago and paid 70 dollars for. I get inflation but highway robbery for quality. Just because its near airport shouldnt make it ok to gouge people.
