The bath shelf had not been cleaned properly. There was no plug for the bathtub. The room is right opposite the housekeeping/laundry room. There were housekeeping carts lined up all along the wall. A housekeeper came into my room after I got there. She did not know I was there and was going to use the room to change. Unacceptable! Office chair leatherette is coming off. I have stayed here before and appreciated the breakfast but was disappointed this time with all these other things.

This hotel is okay. Front desk staff were very friendly at check in and check out. The front lobby is freezing cold but the room’s temperature was fine. The entire place is extremely old and quite dated but it was very clean and well maintained. The bed was a bit on the harder side but the pillows were great. There was a free shuttle to and from the airport that was easily accessible and the driver was extremely helpful and friendly. Very good if you’re just looking for a place to stay while waiting for a connecting flight.

It was a quick in and out stay for us. We did not have breakfast so can't comment on that. Did take the shuttle both ways. A heads up that the shuttle to the hotel seems to come at and quarter to the hour. We must have just missed it. Shuttled back to the airport is on the half hour.

Have stayed here many times but not for several years. Staff and service went downhill. Did not get the room we booked, (even though I called directly to request downstairs because husband in a wheelchair) many other problems, rooms was dumpy and dated I will never stay here again.
