We thoroughly enjoyed our deluxe suite but we could tell that it need to be refreshed with paint and wall paper. At first glance, one wouldn't notice this. Everything was spotlessly clean. The sheets were so white that they made sleeping a joy. We also had 2 TV's, one in the bedroom, the other in the living room that could be seen from the jacuzzi tub. The safe was an excellent size that fit my purse, jewelry box and laptop. I was disappointed that the wifi was not secure for guests. Even though we were told there was room service, the front desk attendant told us there wasn't any. There was a room service T# on the room guide but the T# was not in service. The attendant put us thru to the restaurant and we were told room service was available for most of the day. The restaurant was wonderful. I would give it a 4 star rating. I love white linen table cloths and water being offered without having to ask for it. The food was amazing. If we lived closer, we would return just to dine. Also, after returning late from our event, we were allowed a later time to leave the room.

The room was spacious and clean. My husband loved the good water pleasure of the shower. Only annoyance was a lingering body odour in the room. The location worked for us as we had a business in Vaughan and headed to YYZ the following morning. Otherwise it’s located by highways and there is nothing to see around. We enjoyed pizza at the restaurant on the first floor. I thought it was authentic. The restaurant was open from 7 am to 11pm and it came handy as we did not want to go out looking for food. Breakfast was included and they made us go to the front for a voucher; however the breakfast included was bare minimum. No hot food or fresh fruit etc, so we ended up paying for scrambled egg dishes. Front staff were unfriendly. They didn’t acknowledge us until we said hello. Restaurant staff were helpful.

Room was super clean, beds were comfortable, only disappointment was recieved an email saying enjoy an enhanced complimentary breakfast-well all it was toast, bagels, yogurt. If you want bacon, sausage, eggs it's an additional $8-which is fine but that certainly wasn't much a complimentary breakfast.
