The staff was so rude and charged me for 150$ without any reason . That was terrible . I also stayed in other locations of Monte Carlo but this one oh my god the manager don’t know how to talk with a customer. There is no hospitality in staff on this location. Terrible staff.

Nice hotel for a quick overnight stay. It’s close to Pearson Airport without the airport pricing! Hotel is clean, staff are always very friendly and restaurant on premises makes dining convenient.
