Great time staying in clean new facility, staff is fantastic and helpful. Just not happy with over run the hallways and main areas were full of children. They took over every single public area and there was easily 20 to 30 kids in the hallway and they would not listen to staff or leave until very late. The fact that there were so many people taking up all of the areas we were confined to our room, which is not fun when you’re in the location that’s not very close in walking distance to anything.

The hotel is clean and Kevin was phenomenal checking us in and making us feel welcome, but our room had a faint smell of marijuana and sewer in the bathroom. We closed the door to the bathroom at night and the sewer smell was quite bad when we opened it. Then our toilet broke in the morning and we had to be showered and dressed early and out of there, but wanting a functioning toilet. I was told it would be fixed immediately, but after breakfast, it still hadn’t been fixed and I was then told maintenance wouldn’t be in until later in the day! Then to top things off, we went to use the lobby bathrooms and two of them didn’t have toilet paper in them. Aside from this, the room was clean, but small and unexciting.

It had a lifeguard on duty for the slide and the pool! great addition for a family outing. BBQ outside was a nice touch also. Breakfast was delicious and good variety.

Excellent hotel,very polite and patient staff,quiet. The pool room is heated,although didn’t like the lifeguards for the slide much as they were staring a lot. The breakfast is excellent, it’s very clean and tasty. Coffee/tea machine is available 24 hrs. The whole set of clean towels was brought to our room upon request. The hotel organized watching the game in lobby with pizza for the guests (even though we didn’t participate,it felt as a warm gesture from them). There is winners,Dollarama,Walmart and other stores within 10-15 min walking from the hotel.
