The host was very welcoming and friendly. We did have problems with the cleanliness of the unit when we arrived and some amenities of the unit not being available to us the whole time.

Great place

A co worker and myself stayed here for our out of town job. With the renovations, two bedroom kitchen and separate entrance this was the perfect place. Beats a hotel room any time! Also our host was quick to reply to any of our questions. If we are ever in town for another job we are definitely booking here again.

Clean and convenient

Property was clean and as advertised. Two nice sized bedrooms with a full kitchen and bathroom. Check-in was fast and convenient. Quiet neighbourhood.

It was a nice basement apartment. But it could have been much cleaner. No where in the ad does it mention about it being a basement apartment. It was hard for us older handicaped people to get our things down the steep stairs. And the walkway in is narrow and the bricks were broken. We had to navigate around a really bad spot at the eavstrough. There were nail clippings on the sofa and between the folds of the old leather. The pillows in the bedrooms were very limited and lumpy. Someones old hairbrush was on the side if the sink. And there was only 2 towels for four people to shower. Also no face clothes etc. Over all is was dissapointing
