Very clean, staff were very friendly and went out of their way to be helpful. We asked a staff member - Ben - which way to go through the hotel to reach our destination and he literally walked us through the hotel to the door. He didn’t have to do that, but it just exceeded our expectations. Everything was clean and top tier, and easy online checkout. Highly recommend this hotel. We will definitely stay there again!

I recently stayed at Hotel X Toronto and was genuinely impressed by many aspects of the experience. The location is fantastic—easy to access with minimal traffic, which made arrival and departure smooth and stress-free. The facilities are top-tier, leaning heavily into the luxury category, and the views from the property are absolutely breathtaking. One of the highlights was the bar on the high floor. It offered a stunning panoramic view of the city and lake, paired with excellent service and a refined atmosphere. Overall, the staff were attentive and professional, contributing to a welcoming and upscale vibe throughout the hotel. However, there were a couple of letdowns. I assumed parking was included, but was surprised with a daily charge that was only disclosed at checkout. That lack of transparency was disappointing and felt out of step with the otherwise polished experience. Additionally, the bathroom amenities could use a serious upgrade. They felt generic and underwhelming—more in line with a budget-tier Hyatt than a luxury property. The toilet paper, in particular, was shockingly low quality for a hotel of this caliber. In summary, Hotel X Toronto delivers on location, luxury, and service, but could improve its communication around fees and elevate its in-room amenities to match the rest of the experience.

Staff was amazing! So friendly and helpful. Rooms and Hotel very clean and comfortable. Love the view of Lake Ontario. House car service and Valet parking fantastic. This is the only place we stay when visiting Toronto.
