Really bad experience. Room above us pounded around and made unbelievable noise after 230 am. Called the front desk and the pounding stopped for about 30min then the extreme noise and pounding started again for hours. Can’t really even put into words how tired our whole family is. I had to drive 4 hours today and was exhausted. Before checking out we let the front desk staff know but since we booked through Expedia they could not give us any money off our bill. Very very very disappointed in our stay and I’m just happy I didn’t get into an accident on the freeway on the way home. So angry.

The hotel was excellent. Great airport hotel with lots of space. What I didn’t like was the person at check-in. I was almost turned away on the basis that I didn’t have a credit card. I did have a visa debit card which could be charged for the deposit but the reception wouldn’t even try it until I demanded to speak to the manager.

Amazing but policy sounds a little shady

When we first I arrived I was not aware that I had to have a credit card to check in. We thought that after travelling over 700 km that we we're going to have to turn around and go riight back home. Thank goodness for the young lady at the front desk who made arrangements for us.....By the way... not allowing someone to check in with out a credit card but telling them they can just call someone else and use theirs.... doesn't that sound just a bit ridiculous. It sounds like you don't care how the credit card number is appropriated just as long as you have a way of getting paid.. Kinda sends the wrong message.

Loved the suite!

Stay was very good. It was important to have space for young children in the suite. Also they provided a cot for infant. Place was kept clean and staff was extremely friendly. Breakfast buffet has various items but by day 4 we opted to eat other things. Overall i would absolutely recommend others to stay. I definitely will do so again

We love staying at Homewood suites when we go on vacation. The staff were super friendly. The hotel is always very clean and my son loves the pool. My biggest complaint about the hotel is that the rooms - or at least the room - was in need updating. Everything felt a bit too old. The bed, pillows, sofa all were too worn. The dishwasher cutlery holder had holes in the bottom so they kept falling through. The water pressure in the shower was very low (even for hotel standards). The breakfast was also a bit underwhelming.
