I was pleasantly surprised by the size of the room. The room had more than you were expecting in a room. An executive suite. The staff were pleasant and professional. The hotel lobby area and hallway was very clean.

The lady at the front counter was very accommodating. Our two bedroom suite was not ready when we arrived. So she set us up in two other rooms. Could not have asked for a better person. Only complained about the rooms were that the pillows were too soft....other than that it was great

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel from start to finish. The staff were warm, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything I needed. The room was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully maintained, with all the amenities I could ask for. The location was perfect—close to everything yet quiet and relaxing. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of variety, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel felt safe, calm, and very well managed. I truly enjoyed my stay and would definitely return. The hotel fit our needs perfectly and was easy for my elderly mom to get around and enjoy. It really made our trip perfect, having a nice clean quiet hotel with comfortable beds.

This hotel is clean and the suites are spacious. Staff was friendly, the little pantry beside the front desk has a decent variety, breakfast was good and they have gluten free bread if you ask for it. There was a 20 minute wait after we called for the shuttle at the airport, but having it available was still very convenient.
