Overall a clean room. The only concern I would share is that for someone who paid for late check-out at 3:30, it would have been great to have had the room cleaned once.

The staff at the hotel were all friendly and attentive, the hotel is extremely clean and comfortable. The hotel was beautifully decorated for Christmas. The rooms were very well layed out and equipped with all the essentials you needed. Very nice stay will definitely remember this hotel when we come back to the area.

The heater in the room was leaking from underneath with 20 degree air from outside. Was drafty in room. Breakfast pancakes were raw first time, and like rubber and undercooked the second time. Server was very nice. Way too noisy in the room from noise from other patrons. Why do the very few guests that are in the (not busy) hotel all have to be crammed into 10 rooms side by side. Give your patrons a break and give them some room and quiet.
