Noisy both from neighbors and from traffic. No view, no slippers, no robes for the pool. Smelled like old smoke as soon as we walked in and the smell persisted throughout the stay. The staff was friendly and the shuttle was appreciated.

Our booking was made at the wrong Four Points Hotel in Mississauga. We stayed at the Meadowvale property as planned but were unable to cancel the booking at the Dixie property, so we had to pay for 2 rooms. Unacceptable customer service.
