I had a reservation and was ready to pay the $200 deposit, but the experience was incredibly frustrating. They refuse to accept debit or cash, and contactless (tap) payment is not supported. To make matters worse, the terminal wouldn't read my physical credit card (which might be an issue with my card, but still). Since it was 9 PM, I expected some level of customer service, but the staff offered zero solutions or flexibility. We were forced to find a different hotel late at night. I strongly do not recommend this place due to their rigid payment policies and lack of help.
