It was close to airport but know car thefts which someone lost their truck while I was there ,Not handicap accessible near toilets need grab bars with higher toilets!And need to bleach around taps of shower was mold and on tile ! Staff was very friendly and restaurants meals were good ,But expensive but what is it these days!

Bad hotel

I had various issues when staying here over 2 visits I booked before coming to Canada. First of all the shuttle service from the airport took about 1 hour to pick me up. I was told it would be there shortly and had to call back. I was put on hold for 10 minutes and forgotten about. Then had to phone back to find out what was happening. The first night here I had to go to reception because the smoke alarm was beeping loudly due to a defect. Then I went to the restaurant the next day for dinner at 5pm when it opens. The server was 30 minutes late and I was waiting outside the restaurant for them to open it. The television in the room states that breakfast starts at 6am. I woke up and went down for breakfast at 6 am and the breakfast did not start until 7. Then on the day I was I returning 5 days later for the last night the staff working there were very rude and the customer service was terrible. They were threatening to cancel my room by email because I did not pre pay. When I had arranged through the hotels.com application to pay when I arrived for the final night. All of the decor in the rooms and building is dated and worn. They really have not taken care of this place at all. Lastly the drivers were very unpleasant. They drove us to the airport but were miserable and had no manners. When I come back to Toronto I won’t stay at this place again. Totally unpleasant hotel to stay at. Avoid it!

I loved how fast their shuttles are and the shuttle driver that dropped me at the airport was kind enough to direct me to the entrance. All the staff I interacted with were kind and courteous, when it got too cold in my room I requested the front desk for an extra blanket and she brought a portable heater to help me keep the room warm faster. The lady at the dining was kind and courteous to pack for me breakfast as breakfast was starting at 7 am yet I was to leave the hotel at 7:30 in order to catch my flight. I only spent one night so I didn't explore more but overall, I was impressed and would recommend the hotel. Hopefully, I will be back someday. Blessings to all that made my night easy and smooth 🙏

First of all, the room smelled strongly of cigarettes. I asked to change rooms (customer service was polite and did accommodate), but the second room was only slightly better and still had a smell. Then I noticed insects flying around me — I had to kill a few just to get some sleep. The shower was ridiculous, with only a weak single stream of water. And to finish it off, the so-called “breakfast included” was a joke: they told me I could only have one drink and one food item (like eggs), then made me sign a paper saying I’d received breakfast. This place is not a hotel — it’s a joke. Never again.

Good hotel near airport

Conviene for overnight stay near the airport. Great shuttle service. Fantastic restaurant with great food. Comfortable bed. Shower was a problem couldn’t figure it out. 🙂
