Airport shuttle was convenient and friendly staff. My mastercard was charged twice which was inconvenient, however management was quick to contact the company to reverse charges. They made it right by offering me free breakfast and not charging me for parking which made a huge difference in my attitude towards their customer service and ensured I will return to stay with them on future dates.

I didn't rate the breakfast as we had a very very early departure. However the rooms were clean and spacious, if a little dated. Reception was very good and helpful. I also wanted to pay special attention to the airport transportation. It was right on time, friendly, and comfortable. We had an early departure @ 3:30 a.m. and the driver was on time. What a nice change!
