The hotel had pleasant and helpful staff, the gym and pool facilties were inviting and we did use them, except the water facility was not working. Our room was clean and tidy, but it would have been nice to have proper cups for drinks and more choices than just coffee. My duvet was creased, and I restrained myself from getting it changed! The onsite restaurant was excellent, staff very accommodating and prices were fair. Our first trip to Canada did not disappoint, we loved it.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were absolutely amazing—friendly, attentive, and always willing to go above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. The room itself was in excellent condition: clean, comfortable, and equipped with everything I needed for my stay. The only minor downsides were the shower, which could use some updating, and the limited number of power outlets near the bed—having a couple more would have made charging devices more convenient. That said, these were small issues compared to the overall experience. It was still an amazing stay, and I would definitely return.

Dirty pillow cases, no fan in bathroom, dirty floor, no bottle water in room or anything in mini fridge, dirty carpet, terrible marijuana smell in hallways. I should have paid $50 to stay here.
