Checked in to be told there is a $150 incidental charge. Front desk was nice and polite. I entered my room to a blast of heat. Checked the thermostat and it was set to 68. It was at least 80 in the room. Ended up turning it off because even at low setting (60) it was too hot. Went to front desk and there was no offer to change rooms or any resolution whatsoever. Let alone actually fixing it. Lock malfunctioned and needed to get front desk assistance. Problem was not fixed. He jimmied it once and I had to leave it open when I left my room briefly. He was also rude like he couldn’t be bothered. Shower mixing valve was sticking and was difficult to get water to temperature. Was hot or cold. Will not return and may avoid any Choice brand hotel at this point.

I couldn't ask for a better place to start other then the village inn it was under construction so I can't wait to see the up dates also the breakfast there is amazing and the prices are just about as good as the breakfast.
