The staff were all wonderful. I interacted with three different front desk employees and all three were kind, polite and helpful. The staff putting on the breakfast were great and the food was good. Our room had stained carpet and smelled like an old smokers room that was attempted to be cleaned with chemicals but now it smells like smoke and cover up.
