The room was clean. The staff was courteous. There were hot food choices on the breakfast buffet. We would stay here again.

The only thing good was the young man at the front desk was nice. We were greeted in the hallway on our way to our room by a crackhead that asked us if we smoke. The room was so small. The bathroom door would not shut because it was so water damaged. The heater was blowing cold are set at 80° in January. Was booked for 2 nights, only stayed one due to the conditions. Will never stay here again nor recommend. Facility says updated. Poorly done. Look up in the grid over microwave , poor electric work.

I was disappointed that there wasnt a refrigerator in the room and all if the ice machines were not working. Also the elevator got stuck when we were on it. We pushed the alarm button and the doors opened on our floor and we took the stairs instead. The gentleman that we reported the elevator to just said that it was due to the cold. The gentleman that did the mirning breakfasts was very helpful and nice

The most comfortable bed aside from your own. It was quiet, comfortable, clean, and exactly what we needed to visit family in Lawrence for the week. We brought our dog and they are indeed pet friendly! Great place to stay! Thx!!!
