The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. The staff was extremely friendly, and Tomoe, the manager, is an incredibly hard Worker, keeping everything clean and organized. She was very helpful during our stay. The hotel is super close to the train station, making it easy to get to destinations like Akihabara and the Imperial Palace, and to the station to transfer to the Shinkansen trains.

The staff and cleanliness are fantastic as expected of a Japanese hotel. The room is well equipped and very clean but we went in a rainy week and the stair leading up to our room is not covered by a roof and a bit dangerous for kids and those carrying a large luggage.

The staff was very helpful and nice. The rooms were spotless and the air conditioning worked fantastic. The shower was small but manageable. It was a quiet area, we slept great. The breakfast at least for us was not great, we needed more food. Overall, we would stay there again.

The place was very clean especially the bathroom. The staff is friendly. The only thing is when I entered the room it seems stuffy. I kept on sneezing. Maybe the room hasn't been occupied for a while. Also, using a brighter sheet cover will be better than dark.
