Great spot. We enjoyed staying with the family. A bit smaller than what we are used to, but we managed for a the couple days we visited.

This is a cute property in a convenient location in popular Shibuya. The space would be very suitable for 2 occupants due to its small size. It is way too small to be listed to sleep 4 (the size of our party) but there were really 3 twin mattresses in the loft tightly spaced together with no space left for luggage. The description did say 37 m2, but as a US traveler, we couldn't visualize how small that space is. The 4th person is meant to sleep on the sofa, with back cushions removed. When the back/side cushions are put back in place, it can only accommodate 3 people sitting together. The dining space is tiny and only has 2 stools. I would say the property should only accommodate 2 people to give enough room for more than just a commuter backpack for luggage. It can squeeze in a 3rd if luggages are at bare minimum. The novel staircase to the loft is dangerous to navigate and not at all suitable for any elderly. In summary, this property should only accommodate 2 occupants to be reasonably comfortable. We did like the strong water pressure of the shower head despite its small size. Due to these limitations, the price is reasonable and fair, but not considered a steal, given how tight the space is.

The apartment was exactly what was expected and needed. It was small but had everything we needed. The location was great - no more than a 12 minute walk to Shibuya station.
