Very clean hotel with good public transportation access. The hotel is next to Tokyo Skytree with wide variety of shopping and dining options. The only compliant we have is the temperture of the shower water fluctuated constantly.

The staff were incredibly accommodating and very welcoming. This hotel is in a good spot, right next to Solamachi and Sky Tower. I did find the sound of the train to be loud until it stopped running. The hotel is just fine. Don't expect an exciting room. And the Sizzler breakfast was really gross. Stay here if you plan to spend most of your time at Solamachi or really love Sumida.
