Great location, easy to find, very clean and the beds were comfortable. It should not be advertised for 10 people. We were 3 male adults and it was very crowded. Would have been very hard to eat. Very thin walls and small showers so expect to hear people in the next room and outside. Again, however Location location location!!!!!

Good location, close to train and bus routes. Quiet neighborhood, walkable to convenience stores. Good value for Tokyo. Access to upstairs bedrooms by circular stairway is a little difficult for older people, but there are two beds downstairs.

Pictures does not accurately depict

The place cannot comfortably accommodate our group of 6. I expected a lot of places in Tokyo to be small but this was really small that our group of 6 felt like we were on top of each other. The beds were really uncomfortable and felt like we were misled.

Great Stay

The house is well kept, quiet and best of all the neighborhood is amazing. As foreigners who doesn't speak the language, we have issues with communication. However, everyone I approached for help did their very best to help us out especially directions. There is one man in particular who went above and beyond and without hesitation, walking with his bike with us to find the place when we attempted to walk home. The owner and property manager can be easily reached if you have issues or concerns. It is definitely highly recommended place to stay!
