I stayed about a week in a double-bed room at this hotel and it was a great experience. I would rebook if I make another return trip to Japan. Check in/out was pretty easy. The front desk has kiosks for check in/out. Hotel staff are available for assistance and can communicate in English. They have check in as 2 pm - midnight and I thought I would have to make special arrangements for a late night/early morning check-in, but they told me the counter is open 24/7. I manage to check in before midnight, but I imagine you could probably self check in Room- standard. Basic hotel amenities like water, refrigerator, hair dryer, toiletries and etc. Room is clean and modern. They have a bidet installed in the bathroom and I'm a sucker for the seat warmer feature. Shower had good pressure and temperature control. The only real complaint I have is that there isn't much space for your luggage or shopping items. Bonus points: my room came with a personal massage chair which was nice to use after 10+hrs of walking everyday. Location- great. Hotel is in the center of Tokyo. You can take the Asakusa Line from Haneda airport that leaves you only two blocks away from hotel. There's an stairway entrance to the metro right in front of the hotel where you can take the Ginza line. Its also only 15 min walk to Tokyo station where you can connect to any other metro or bus.

Friendly and helpful staff, rooms are perfect for one person. It is your typical city hotel with small rooms but good enough. Shower only but with all the walking you’ll be doing, they do have a massage chair. Location is great with access to many train stations, Ginza is only a 10 minute walk. Highly recommended.

This hotel is clean and stylish. What I hate though is the fact that there are terminals in the lobby but surely if one of their staff is going to log you in etc why do you feel the need to use these during normal business hours? It's a process that I really don't care for. I as a consumer miss out on the warm welcome and the more personal touch that I want from a hotel of this caliber. Those machine can wait till the after hours people arrive. Besides that the room was clean and had everything that you'd need for a comfy stay. Will book there again in the future.

Room was clean, several amenities offered, staff was super helpful, the breakfast buffet was great, and we loved having the complimentary water bottles in our room each day. The location was so convenient and felt very safe. Kyobashi station is located right outside the hotel--which we used frequently--and also only a 10 minute walk to Tokyo station. Two 7 Eleven Convenience stores were located right near the hotel as well! Tsukiji Market was also just a 25-minute walk. We would definitely stay here again!

Very convenient location, easy access to the subway line, one stop away from the Ginza station. Clean, though small space in sitting area. The one thing may be lacking is no storage (no drawers or shelves) to organize clothes, and such. Breakfast is very nice.
